Terms of Service & Liability Waiver Effective Date: 01-01-2030
1. Acceptance of Terms By signing up for any service, class, or program offered by Spiera Club, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered Spiera Club offers access to: ● Group fitness classes, including yoga, pilates, and spinning ● Use of facilities and recovery zones ● Access to our on-site Fuel Bar (non-prescription nutrition/supplements) ● Events and workshops All services are subject to availability and may be modified without prior notice.
3. Eligibility & Health Acknowledgment You confirm that: ● You are at least 18 years old or have the written consent of a parent/legal guardian. ● You are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from participating in physical activities. ● You understand it is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation. 4. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability By participating in any class or activity at Spiera Club, you voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with physical exercise and facility use. This includes, but is not limited to, the risk of injury, illness (including contagious disease), or death. You hereby waive, release, and discharge Spiera Club, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands related to injury, loss, or damages incurred through participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. 5. Booking, Cancellations & No-Show Policy ● Class reservations must be made in advance via our online platform. ● Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. ● Failure to attend a booked class without notice will result in a no-show fee. ● Spiera reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel classes at its discretion. 6. Membership, Payments & Refunds ● All memberships, packages, and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. ● Prices are subject to change without notice. ● Payments must be made in advance through our secure platform. 7. Privacy & Personal Data (Loi 25 – Quebec) We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Quebec’s Law 25. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services, managing bookings, and improving your customer experience. Code of Conduct Members and guests must: ● Treat all staff and fellow members with respect ● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene ● Use equipment properly and safely ● Refrain from harassment, aggression, or discriminatory behavior Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of access. 9. Photos & Media By entering our facilities, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional use, unless you notify us in writing in advance. 10. Changes to Terms Spiera Club reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. 11.
